Smooth booking experience, amazing personalised service and great quality dresses. A little on the pricey side but that's what is to be expected with this quality. Olivia was the assistant who served us from start to end, and she was beyond helpful and attentive to detail. Thank you, Olivia! Suggestion - it would have been great if the $50 booking fee was redeemable upon purchasing dresses (like it is at other formal stores where a booking is required)

I was so glad I had booked my session for my bridesmaids dress shopping at White Runway. We had visited another store on the same day but with no luck and very minimal visual choices of the coloured dress I was after. I had been looking at the particular styled dress on White Runway for over a year and once in store I told them this and the lovely girl helping us brought out the style dress in the exact colour I was after and in every size for my bridesmaids to try. My bridesmaids looked and felt stunning. They all said they felt a hit hot on the long Gowns without suits and we were able to add a slit in for them. The dresses arrived within 8 weeks and came out beautifully. My bridesmaids looked stunning, I was so grateful to the white Runway team for listening to what I wanted and making it happen for me. My dream wedding day was truly complete with the stunning dresses for my girls.
