        I recently visited OPSM for an eye test and was extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism displayed by the optometrist. They were simply wasting time through the test, the equipment is not even set stable and the resulting perscription is not accutrate without surprise. Furthermore, the process at OPSM was incredibly slow and I need so many rounds of appointments. I had to wait for an unreasonable amount of time just to be seen for each, and the entire appointment felt like a never-ending process. My partner did the exactly same process as I did, and I ended up paying fees they didn't talk about before, while my partner wasn't asked for any. I need an explanation on that. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience at OPSM and would not recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and customer-focused optometry service.
