Disgusting service from experienced seeing the lady at the counter initially refused a pensioner top up their opal card because it was under $5.00. For a service I believe is obligatory for anyone who is an opal agent to provide. Then haggled over a service charge even after explaining the one at the station was broken. Just horrible to see this kind of mistreatment and indifference to a disabled pensioner. The indifference was just awful to witness.

Small traditional type papershop located on the Marrickville/Dulwich Hill border as you head down the hill from Dulwich Hill train station towards Earlwood. Staff are friendly and helpful and the early 5:45am opening comes in handy when required.

Does it cost extra for a smile or anything more than a one word answer?!
