        I had a wonderful experience shopping with Manning Cartell and speaking with their customer service team. My order was shipped promptly however got stuck with Aus Post while the tracking was stuck at processing for days. I was concerned I wasnt going to receive my top for my upcoming event, but Hannah from the customer service team promptly looked into it and resent my order via express! Thank you for the great experience

        The customer service from Manning Cartell is exceptional. I called today to purchase a pair of shoes for my wedding next week and she called every store to find the best pair, proceeded to text me photos to check I was happy and then posted them an hour later. Beyond amazing.

They located a dress for me, helped with alterations and repairs and got the dress to me all within a few days. They were lovely over the phone, and returned my calls immediately. Great customer service from an outstanding Australian made label.
