Funktionality Events and Experiences

To those coming from the recent Seek jobs posting to get an idea of what working at Funktionality is like. When I worked here there was a large angry Italian mad that constantly yelled at everyone and the owner asked me if I would also do their gardening because you didnt have much work on. I quit soon after. They tried to get out of paying me for the work I had completed until the fair work ombudsman intervened. They have a long list of requirements for their job posting yet all they can offer in return is an abusive workplace and minimum wage

I have worked closely with Funktionality for over four years now. They are a creative, attentive and well operated team of event stylists, managers and logistics professionals. I cannot recommend them enough. They should be a first point of contact for anyone looking at executing an upcoming event!

They are so professional, efficient, organised and effective, but most importantly, the nicest people to deal with - always friendly, polite and engaging.
