Maroubra GP is a great practice with nice facilities and great doctors. Havent had a problem with them before. Just phoned the practice for a very quick question and I was greeted by rude, condescending and sarcastic comments from the receptionist. Her name is Louise. I would highly recommend trying to talk to the gentleman over this lady as you might be leaving the practice in disappointment.

I was a patient until they tried to force the covid 19 vaccine , I had a heart condition and refused , we got into a argument and they said I was to rude and they would not see me , even over the phone , well thanks maroubra gp my heart went back into atrial fibrillation cause I could not get meds. All they care about is money, Im seeing a great doctor now and a cardiologist, maroubra gp you should be ashamed

There is nothing at all that justifies the inflated prices of this practice. In fact the owner is incredibly reactive, rude and offensive. I simply asked if he was going to keep asking if I was double vaccinated for Covid 19, as it is clearly documented on my record that I am. The response was over the top and plain rude. The silly little man started yelling at me and berating me. As client presuming that paying for a service that is better than the average bulk bill practice, there would be more expertise and at least a semblance of personalised treatment. More to the opposite simply rudeness and shortness from staff. I strongly recommend against this practice.

GP Maroubra owner (which is also one of the doctors at this practice) is extremely rude with the patients, I was shocked on how he treats the patients that are, in most cases, paying around $300/ visit. I would not recommend this practice. Across the street there is another clinic which they are all very lovely and a lot better then this place.
