Breathless

I completed Breathwork Instructor Training with Breathless and what an experience it was. The online component is full of science based breathwork videos, research based techniques & heaps of practical exercises to help you learn lots about breathwork before you even enter phase two of the training in the snowy mountains. Phase 2 in the snowy mountains was brilliant. Johannes is so down to earth, knowledgeable, approachable & supportive and the instructors assisting him were amazing also. The food is delicious and is prepared by a private chef in the beautiful chalets which have a spa and traditional sauna in them too. When you leave the snowy mountains from phase 2, theres also a phase 3 in this training where the ongoing support continues to ensure that you have the best possible road to success and integration period after such a life changing experience. Ive done other Breathwork trainings where I didnt even get this level of support during the training let alone for weeks after. If you are reading this review, you are thinking about booking into an expedition or breathwork training. I can promise you theres no need to think any further, bite the bullet and enrol in some self development training that I know youll never forget! Thank you Breathless for helping me feel alive and inspiring me to be the best Breathwork Instructor I can be.

Breathless really pushed me outside my comfort zone within a supportive environment of like-minded individuals. I have had some profound experiences in the short time I have been on the Breathless journey. Johannes has really put his heart and soul into creating Breathless to be the leader in Australia for breathwork facilitator training and events and look forward to seeing it become a juggernaut in bringing breathwork into the mainstream. I highly recommend if you want your limits pushed or want to get started with breathwork/freediving/self discovery.

Such an incredible experience in the mountains with Johannes and the master instructor coaches - seriously changed my life! Signing up for the Breathless Instructor Training I had no idea on the depth of the pre-training material, it was highly detailed and backed up by extensive data research, yet presented in such a easy to understand way. Then to go to the mountains and put this all into practice and witness the team authentically walking the talk, was by far the best experience i have had. The ongoing support from the Breathless team during integration has outstanding. These guys have nailed it - 5 stars in all areas, without a doubt! Highly recommend this, as a personal or career move!
