Manly Cabs Maxi Taxi

I booked maxi taxi from manly to sydney airport. Drivers was a legend with clean car, baby seat and ontime.

Booked a taxi with this service for an international drop off to the airport. Customer service was awful. The driver called and said he would come half and hour later than booked which left us with time still so we agreed and then failed to communicate that he had broken down. Company failed to send replacement taxi. Or offer an apology. The company also charged us a $20 deposit and would not refund in full. Awful service. DO NOT USE

Customer service on the phone is very very poor. I was disappointed in the service I got from them at the start of the year when I called twice to check if my taxi had been booked but it never arrived. I decided to leave it as they may have had a bad day. The lady was rude and abrupt every time I have spoken with her on the phone to this day. No wonder Uber is taking the cake. I must say though that every taxi driver I have had was very lovely and professional.

Terrible service, no cab for 40 mins. Rang the operator/owner who didnt follow up with the booking & driver. Would not recommend to use. Take an Uber instead!
