I had the pleasure of meeting Millie today and she did such a fantastic job at making sure I get all the right bikinis. I tried on about 4 sets, and Millie made sure that I felt comfortable and sexy in them. I definitely recommend anyone to come into Baku as the customer service is exceptional and the designs are also beautiful. What a lovely day today.

Walked into the Manly store today and the girls greeted me so lovely. Took a swimsuit into the fitting room to try it on, as Im a bigger girl so I have to always try things on first. One of the girls (Millie I think her name was, she was British) set me up in a fitting room and continued her personal conversation with her colleague, which is totally fine. When checking in on me she turned around in a quieter conversation with her coworker and acted like the curtain to my fitting room was a concrete door. Calling me huge and further whispers about my appearance. When I came out of the fitting room, she acted like all sunshine and daisies with me again. Definitely not something you want to hear when youre a bigger girl, trying on a swimsuit being as self-conscious of the way I am. Not coming back here again.

Baku is a fabulous brand with high quality, inclusive swimwear for women of all shapes and sizes. I personally LOVE that Baku has swimwear for my bust as opposed to other brands that leave me feeling frustrated or unsupported (in more ways than one). The business definitely knows how to hire women who care about others as well because there are always friendly, approachable women of all shapes and sizes working in their stores which is so refreshing when 90% of the fashion industry does the opposite. My Baku swimwear has lasted for over 4 years so despite people believing that the price tag might be high at first the investment is minimal for the simple fact that you do not have to replace Baku Swimwear. I just love the brand & their designs! Kudos!

Excellent friendly and helpful service. I went to buy my wife a surprise bikini for Christmas and I cannot rave enough about how honest and helpful the staff was and In the end even though I chose one size to big she loved it. So I was dreading the challenge of changing the size as its usually a hassle but not here the staff were so helpful and it was changed in a couple of minutes so With my new found confidence I bought a second bikini. Great product, staff and shop and a bug shout out to Sissi and her colleagues I highly recommend this business.
