I had a very bad experience on January 26 when I went to the store because the rubber band had come off my Terrigal sunglasses (which I had used for 7 months). I explained to the first person I spoke to that I wanted to use my 2-year warranty, as the glue had expired. However, he told me that I had to fix them by putting glue on it. When I told him that I didn't want to do this, he said I need to talk to another girl in the store as he didn't know what to do. When I spoke to her snd explained everithing again, she also didn't know what to do and called someone else to help me. After explaining the situation for the third time, the seller told me that without the receipt they could do nothing. I showed them the purchase of my glasses from my bank account and told them that I made the purchase in Oakley Bondi Junction, but they said they couldn't do anything and I should go to Oakley Bondi Junction to see if they could help me. I am very disappointed with the service I received and feel that more could have been done to help me. 30 minutes wasted. I recommend training your salespeople on what to do when a customer goes for a problem with the sunglasses. Apparently no one at Oakley Manley knew anything about warranty and consutmer services.

Purchased replacement lens from this store. They supplied the incorrect size lens They have reused to replace unless I return to the store. Im not from Sydney , I have left three messages for owner / manager to call to offer a solution. Im Still waiting. Still waiting for owner / manager to call me back. Went into Oakley at pacific fair on gold coast and they quickly and easily swapped the lenses over. Quality service from Oakley pac fair Gold Coast.
