* nice waiters * beef burger had no patty * prices were expensive * burger remake and chips remade: - beef burger and the chips were remade but the patty was very mince like. I dont even think it was a patty. - the oil for the chips was rancid, as I ate a lot of them but at the end it started to taste like peanut oil and I stopped eating them.

Dominic was so beautiful and opened my bag when it got stuck which had everything in it. He was lovely at our bottomless brunch. I will miss him

Great location, but found the staff very rude. We asked for a table on the deck but were given a table imside. We told the staff that we booked a table on the deck six weeks ago. His response was - that is the only table available, if you don't want it go somewhere else! Table was sticky, food and drinks were over priced.. Very disappointing. Won't be going back. And we will be going somewhere else next time.

Came here for my sisters 18th birthday lunch with the family and had the most disappointing and horrible experience. Staff were not friendly or helpful when asking about our table booking. We spent over $300 on lunch to which one meal was brought out and another 25 minutes later the rest of the meals were delivered except one. I politely asked the manager if my meal was coming and tried to explain that everyone else on my table had received and eaten theirs, to which he responded Im sure you can see we are busy and continued what he was doing. I then had to ask again if my order was coming as I had waited another 15 minutes to which he replied Ill put it through for you. My partner and I are both hospo workers and totally understand how crazy and hectic lunch rush can be but this response from the manager was not acceptable. He was rude, condescending and not apologetic in the slightest. An overall terrible and expensive experience for my sister who just wanted to experience her first lunch and drinks out by the water.
