First National Real Estate Manly

After renting with First National Real Estate Manly for over 6 years we always felt looked after and received timely response to our requests. Karen (Joseph) was a pleasure to deal with everytime!

We have been rental tenants for 3 years managed by First National Manly, when our lease was up for renewal we had asked if First National Manly would consider a month by month lease as we were searching for our first home to purchase. Rather than wanting to collaborate, First National Manly had sent us a notice of termination with out any pre discussion and as a result we were forced to renew a full year lease and forced to pay 4 weeks rent as a break fee one month after our lease renewal. Renters should be cautious when engaging First National Manly as their focus is only on their $ return not their tenants - In response to First National Manly below: we did provide a timeframe and we were proactive in seeking your support to the owners so they could find a tenant asap. Our feedback still stands true, I feel that First National Manly took advantage of the situation to benefit them financially.

Karen and her team have been so personable and helpful with every part of my dealings as a tenant. Honestly the best real agent I have ever dealt with. Super friendly and on the ball with getting it done! Deserves a review :)
