Experienced, easy going, and empathetic is how I describe Tim Cullen. We did make Tim jump through hoops, presenting to us twice, competing against 3 other agents. He was always cool with the 100 questions we asked him - the first and second time. He was patient, had a real-life story to tell about almost every aspect of selling our home. It might sound silly but he seemed to genuinely like our house and gardens which played an important role in my decision. When we got to the pointy bit he knew the market and area so well that we sold at auction in an environment when 50% of properties were being passed in. Tim is a busy man who has a great support team so it was a bonus having him at our open houses. If youre looking for a highly experienced, down to earth, active sales partner for your property I would recommend him 10 out of 10 times.
