The management will never listen to this. They are dying. Manly is a ghost town now on fri and sat nights. They refuse to accept any responsibility and instead blame Covid. Your pubs are dying because of the people you put on the door. Who wouldnt have a house party instead of dealing with that. It is adapt or die and you have chosen to die.

Had the pleasure of attending a 60th Birthday celebration on the roof top bar in March 2023. Outstanding venue, great vibe, perfect size for the occasion and has indoor and outdoor areas which were utilised. Great variety of finger food which was both delicious and plentiful as were the cocktails and all served by friendly staff. Highly recommend the New Brighton Hotel.

Ordered the open steak sandwich and a side of garlic bread. Cost me $36 which for what showed up in front of my face was disappointing. Sweet potato chips with the steak sandwich were undercooked and limp. Garlic bread wasn't toasted properly and barely any spread on top. Cheese not melted on sandwich and sandwich bread not even toasted. Meal thrown in front of me without any cutlery and waitress stormed off. Very disappointing for the cost of a pub meal. Would not recommend.

We went to the New Brighton on recommendation from friends.Staff were friendly but food was very disappointing. On Wednesday we waiting outside for the upstairs dining to open, we were told 12 noon and were left waiting outside until 12.09. Our double Wagyu burger was dry and barely warm. The bun was also hard. On a positive note the view was great.
