        I cannot comment on Lisa's abilities as I never actually got to see her. I can however tell you my experience. On initial contact she did not respond for several weeks. I gave the benefit of the doubt and when she got in touch booked an appointment. The day before she asked if we could shift the appointment by two hours. I agreed and rescheduled other appointments around it. Then one hour before my appointment she got in touch again to see if we could move it back a further half hour (which wasn't possible) as she'd 'mixed up her appointments'. Personally I don't want someone who can't even organise a diary giving me life advice so I cancelled. Incredibly unprofessional.
