I have no doubt you will leave your session feeling better than when you went in. Karol is incredibly knowledgeable and really helps you grasp the fundamentals while ensuring all of your body is working as it should.

Karol and her team are not only amazing at their profession but are also lovely and fun to be around. I had no idea what I was doing when I walked in their studio door a couple of years ago but they were so warm and welcoming that any nerves disappeared immediately. I now look forward to going there twice a week which, as someone who struggles with commitment to exercise, is a hugely positive thing! Can't recommend Karol and the team at Pilateswise enough.

I've been doing Pilates at Pilateswise for over 6 months and I love it. Karol and her team are awesome. Karol is super knowledgeable about body mechanics and pilates and has helped me work through shoulder, lower back issues and improved my posture significantly. I highly recommend Karol and Pilateswise.
