Training outside is the most amazing to start your day. The classes are varied, & the exercises are modified by the qualified & experienced trainers to accomodate my injuries. The other women are friendly, fun & super encouraging - couldnt ask for more!

I hated exercise before I started training with Tashi and MBFF but now I absolutely love training! All the classes are challenging yet fun and Ive noticed real results. I feel so much stronger, healthier and happier. And training outdoors with an ocean view, what more could you want! Tashi and the trainers are all so experienced, patient and helpful, and push you to get the most out of every session. All the other ladies are lovely to train alongside, its a great group. I cant imagine training anywhere else!
