Ive been seeing Simone for a few years now and its no exaggeration to say she has dramatically changed my life for the better! A SIBO diagnosis and treatment, help with hormones and stress has been so amazing. I genuinely feel better than I have in decades and finally know why my gut has been so bad for so long. I saw Simone for help with heart palpitations and other menopausal symptoms such as disturbed sleep and low mood. She is a very personable, empathic and skilled practitioner, spending a great deal of time listening to my symptoms and taking a whole person approach to helping me feel better. With the help of Simone's herbal medicine, dietary advice and general well-being tips I began to feel better very quickly, within a matter of weeks. Simone has also successfully helped my teenage son with outbreaks of pimples, once again using herbs, vitamins and minerals and dietary advice. I can't recommend Simone highly enough.

Simone is caring, very knowledgable and has created a beautiful space. I recently competed the Digestive Health Reset with Simone and found it to be exactly what I needed. After my first session, Simone provided me with an in depth action plan tailored to me that I could easily follow. Each session we discussed the progress and adapted as necessary. After completing the program I feel so much better and can't thank Simone enough for helping me get back to health. I would highly recommend Simone.
