We didn't end up going ahead and securing a loan with Eileen due to her being based in Sydney and us in Melbourne, but she was incredibly helpful and detailed for the time we engaged with her. I found that she went above and beyond to understand our position and what we wanted in a home loan, and she showed that she had the hustle that you want from a mortgage broker to get the best loan product for us.

Working with Eileen has been a fantastic experience. As a first home buyer its a daunting process but Eileen has made me feel confident and supported every step of the way. Although new to the business, she is extremely thorough and professional. If there was ever something she wasnt familiar with, she went away and researched extensively and came back quickly with all the relevant info, and then some! I would recommend her for anyone after a genuine and approachable mortgage broker to help them on their journey to a new home.
