I must say I have been highly impressed by the level of care shown to me by Dr Tanya who I saw last Friday then followed up with a call to me on Monday saying she had been thinking about my case over the weekend and how best to treat it. An appointment was arranged the next morning whereby a clear plan of care was laid out with supporting information on how best to treat my short term illness. Referrals were made there and then for tests to be carried out. Very proactive and caring, her demeanour during the consultation was also great. Not many Doctors in my experience show this level of care. Highly recommend.

I'm a bit 50/50 about this practise. There are two docs in this practise - Dr Ly and Dr Tanya. Dr Ly is very good & experienced but I find it sooooo hard to understand her. I almost need subtitles to have a conversation with her. Dr Tanya speaks good english but I wouldn't rate her at all. Yesterday, she saw me 20mins late and tried to rush me out by saying "Sorry I've got to be somewhere else at the moment" which is highly unprofessional. It really isn't my problem if her other appointments went over the time limit. As a patient I still deserve care and attention. Anyway I've been ill for three weeks and she simply told me to rest. I don't think any experienced doc would do that. They would, at the very least send the patient for some checks..... I would avoid Dr Tanya.
