My experience with Purushas Sauna and massage was world class. Tanya provides a beautiful, relaxed and calming setting coupled with the perfect Detox combination of sauna and massage. It is clear she has thought the customer experience through, making certain she engages all the senses from touch, sound and smell. Each time I left her facility I felt deeply relaxed yet energetic. I have been receiving massage monthly for the last 20 years from all corners of the world and Tanya ranks in my top 2. I could not recommend Tanya and Purushas more highly!

I usually never write reviews but felt compelled to after my amazing experience at Purushas today in Manly... I went in feeling about a 6 and came out a 15/10 after Tanya's massage in her treatment space in manly (more like a retreat!!). I also did a healy session, iridology and live blood analysis which Tanya explained perfectly and gave me lots of insights on my current state of health and practical advice to kickstart my healing journey. So excited that I could actually feel this good most days if I follow the plan she gave me to lift my physical health and frequency. Tanya is like a 'green witch' who knows how to work on all energetic and physical levels without expensive ongoing sessions and helps you put your health in your own hands. I can't recommend her highly enough!! It's a 10 from me!!

Tanya's rooms are private and unique. As they are an added part of her big lovely home, you feel you are not a number but a friend being welcomed in for a relaxing and rejuvenating hour. Her attention to your body and where you need the most attention makes the massage experience specific to you. My whole family goes to Tanya. My daughter once described it: "When you leave, you are walking on clouds and kissing butterflies".

Tania is such an amazing woman first and foremost. Her energy is just delightful. Light, airy and healing. Excellent communicator and an amazing set up with the sauna and luxurious massage table. I just arrived here from New York City where I was lucky enough to have amazing therapists there at my fingertips. I can honestly say that Tania is the best therapist Ive had, ever. I will be a lifelong customer now and am so grateful to have found her.

I had the best massage I've ever had with Tanya 2 days ago! This was preceded by an infrared sauna. The combination of both left me feeling relaxed, soothed my weary muscles (after running a Half Marathon) and I felt more balanced and energised. Tanya is very knowledgeable and experienced and gave me some great tips too. Would thoroughly recommend. You must treat yourself to this amazing treatment. It all takes place on quiet Bower Street in Manly with the sound of the surf in the background. Thank you Tanya :-)
