Skye worked with me on my panic fear from waves. I always enjoyed ocean swimming and after a difficult period in my life a sudden panic fear from as little as 1m waves crept in and ocean swimming became stressful for me. I felt immediate effect just after one session. Skye analysed my problem with empathy and tried to get to the bottom of it. The next day after the session I was feeling super calm and relaxed in the water. I've been swimming regularly since then and on occasion I am a bit worried, but I trust myself and no longer feel I can't breathe when facing waves. Thank you so much for working with me on this! I'm very pleased I can enjoy what I love again! ;-)

I used Skye's services to help me quit smoking, I would recommend this to anyone who is wanting to quit as this has been my most successful attempt. I quit without substitutes of any kind, just the two sessions and still have another if I ever need. Thanks again!

Skye is amazing! I was sceptical at first but Skye proved me wrong. He has a great ability to simplify complex issues to get straight to the route cause. He is warm and inviting with a great sense of humour. He's methods are effective as such I found myself returning to Skye many times over the years for various different reason to help get me back on track. Skye is absolutely amazing! He is very professional in his interaction. I felt very comfortable, at ease and very secure in sharing some of my personal issues I couldnt overcome on my own during our sessions together ...His gentle and soothing voice is a beautiful attribute to the hypnotherapy sessions... I am back on the pathway of freedom! Unstuck!

I visited the clinic for help quitting smoking. I walked out after one session and never smoked again. Id smoked for 18 years. That was 5 years ago now and Im going back for assistance with my diet. I thoroughly recommend you see Skye for any problem within yourself, that you cannot solve by yourself.
