I wish this cleaning service worked out to be what I had hoped for because they only use green products which is exactly what I wanted for my home but during the very first clean, the cleaner broke two separate things (a plant holder and mirror that was on a chest of drawers). I let this go and had them back again for a second try anyway because I appreciate that everyone makes mistakes. The most disappointing part was that they didnt really scrub the shower. If there is anything I pay for during a clean, its a bathroom clean. Pink mould was left in bathroom which when I finally decided to clean it myself took little to no effort and no product to remove - it was not mould that required elbow grease and harsh products to remove. When I raised this with the owner of the business they were defensive noting that they do not scrub grout - I can appreciate that cleaners cant spend hours on scrubbing caked on mould but this is not what it was. I did not appreciate the response and lack of attempting to understand the issue that was left by their cleaners Service: Standard cleaning

Today we had our first clean from Greener Clean Australia and it was exceptional. Having had numerous cleaners over the years, Im happy to say this was the best Ive had, with great thoroughness and attention to detail. Natural products and the ability to work around my kittens were a priority, and both were achieved! Im looking forward to my regular services in the future with Nathaniel and the team.
