After a few consults with different brokers, I came across Randy at Sufficient Funds! From the beginning till I settled, Randy was approachable, professional and friendly. Finance not being my forte, I had a lot of questions and Randy was patient and explained everything to me. Highly recommend Randy and his team.

Nick Surace of Sufficient Funds provided a very good a personal service as our broker that was very helpful and felt that he really heard our concerns and needs moving forward with our loan application. What was appreciated was, unlike others we have dealt with, he didn't force one particular product on us but gave us a few to consider, nor tried to tell us what to do with our own personal goals.
