Little L Burgers

Came up to the food and wine festival and walked past this place it was packed so assumed the food must be on point. And it did not disappoint !!! the beef burger was juicy the bun was divine. Staff weee friendly and courteous this was a factor because they were extremely busy but still emphasised customer service which is something lacking in the industry these days. My only complaint is why dont you have locations out in the west ?? we need this out here as well

Unfortunately, not a great experience. I debated even leaving this review because I dont like leaving poor reviews but I was pretty disappointed. I popped in because of the voucher that I got for a two for one burger from them. I ordered my cheeseburgers and waited a pretty long time. Understandable because there was many people around, and I noticed that the chef was cooking free samples for the guests walking by. The overall feel of being in the restaurant was kind of doll and not very inspiring are enthusiastic as a witness the staff half heartedly receive orders. This place has potential for creating a really positive experience for customers while they wait for rather I was left feeling uncertain about my decision to order there. I was further concerned when I noticed that my grilled chicken was dunked in grease before on the grill leaving it to be more of a fried chicken. once I got my burger and walked down to the beach to enjoy it in the sun and to my unpleasant surprise I found that there was bacon on the burger to which I specifically asked for no bacon. Dont eat pork and of course this completely ruined the experience for me. I think when someone asks for something specific like that there needs to be careful attention to detail. I leave this review mostly for feedback for the restaurant. My hope is that you can implement my Feedback in a proactive way. I however will not be coming back.

Awesome burger! And the customer service even better, especially bivek and Rojina were excellent. 100% recommend to try this place.
