Simple Pleasures Camping Co.

We had a great experience booking Simple Pleasures for our wedding. The whole thing was so easy and stress-free! Kenny was lovely and super responsive. He organized everything for us with the least amount of hassle. The tents themselves were great as well! We loved having all the different options so our guests could choose what suited their needs best. Would 100% recommend these guys for your glamping needs!

Booked online for Mayfield Garden, Oberon - booking process was easy and communication was good. Unfortunately had to cancel due to Covid isolation and cancellation was handled promptly and flexibly. Can't review the accommodation yet, but hopefully soon ..

I don't enjoy putting in bad reviews however I feel that this business needs the feedback. I emailed Kenny clearly outlining we required for a group booking/event. After many, many emails back and forth (which was literally like puling teeth) I finally booked and paid for the group. 20 days later, I receive an email from Kenny saying they can't do what I had originally requested. VERY FRUSTRATING and such a waste of time. So now I've had to cancel. Plus, move the entire group dates around. If you're looking for a group booking - this is not the right place.

We booked the tents in Glenworth Valley for a group of 5 families over the weekend for 2 nights. Marcus was very helpful and the communication with him was easy and efficient. They provided everything we needed, and our favourite was the multi-functional metal mug. We had a really good weekend and will go back soon!
