Endocrine Clinics

Dr Morris has been without a doubt one of the best physicians I've ever had the pleasure of seeing. He at many times throughout my appointments has shown me he truly carss for my health and wellbeing. Even when it took multiple to years to convince Dr's of my evident Endrocrine problem, he ordered comprehensive bloods, noticed the issue and supplied me with a solution. He answered any and all questions I had, and nothing about my appointments with him left me wondering or worrying. I do not know whether his pricing is expensive or not as I haven't seen many specialist physicians but it is money well spent. Thank you Dr Morris!

I was supposed to have a Telehealth appointment with Dr.Morris today on behalf of my father at 11am. Its now 11:47, Ive called the clinics literally 10 times, no one picked up. Operating hours is till 4pm Monday to Friday. Today is a Friday 11:48 as Im writing this review. Update: doctor called at 11:50, cut the call short because he had an appointment at 12. This was a very important appointment for my dad who has had severe blood glucose fluctuations and have waited weeks to see the doctor. Now he has to wait longer before the next available appointment. How would one do a consult with just 10 minutes? I absolutely do not recommend this clinic and would give zero star if I could. I get it appointments sometimes run late, but better off booking another endocrine whose clinic would actually PICK UP the phone when the doctor is running late. I dont like writing negative reviews but if a clinic actually cares about their patients and running a business, they would have treated their patients better.
