Cathie did a great job completing the conveyancing for the purchase of my unit. I was recommended to her for her skills in processing Company Title, in which she was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all the questions I had regarding the process. Settlement for the unit was short and being a Company Title purchase, a large amount of paperwork and negotiation with the vendor/solicitor needed to be processed in a short amount of time. She went above and beyond to meet the demand for the situation. Above all that, she has been very personable and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.
