        Good build quality but takes double his estimated time and double almost triple of his estimated cost. He only seldom manages his staff which creates a lot of additional issues. He also threatens to just walk away when you catch him on things and complain about them. Childish behaviour which is surprising from a 50+ year old man. He still havent sorted everything he agreed with -even after almost 2 years! Highly recommend you use another builder instead.
