We used Chris and the team to do a move out clean of our house when selling. Had some very tight timeframes and specific instructions, the whole process of moving was very stressful and Chris was the only thing on the day that worked exactly to plan. Very good communication, great price, everyone very polite, and did an amazing job. Couldnt recommend highly enough Service: Moving-related cleaning

I asked Chris for a detailed clean of my elderly father's house and provided him with a written list which was very specific as I live interstate. The house was very dusty and hadn't had a thorough clean in a long time as my father was 94. He said the cleaners he was sending were known to him and good and thorough. There was also a copy of the list at the job, however, when I visited him a few months later, many of the jobs had not been done. It is EXTREMELY difficult to find cleaners who have an eye for detail and who are thorough, even when you write a list! For example, I asked to dust the tops of all picture frames, door frames, wiping along all skirting boards, tops of shelves, top edge of dusty books. Pull out beds to vac close to skirting edge with nozzle. NONE of this was done. They did climb up on to a high space and dust, which many other cleaners won't do, so that was helpful and my father's carer said the two cleaners were friendly and seemed trustworthy. However, I texted Chris to say that the job hadn't been completed and many things missed but he didn't respond. I wanted the whole townhouse cleaned well, completely and with detail, even if it took longer than expected and I was happy to pay for the hours involved. Chris does not supervise his cleaners, did not assess the job before hand, did not respond to my text. So frustrating.
