The employee literally standing near the counter and I called her 3 times and she ignored me. It was 9:56 am, If they arent ready to take orders they could have at least told me that. After not being able to get employee attention i tried using chatime self order tablet but it said my order was not accepted cuz the store is closed? excuse me?

Ordered the chai latte paid $9+ and they didnt include the pearls even though its part of the drink. Realised when drank it after I arrived home so was too late. I would recommend going to the bubble tea place across the road behind behind baskin robbins - cheaper, better quality and the service is much better
