I have been working with TAF Booking keeping services for just over a year now. Kym is a very competent and diligent bookkeeper. What makes her service stand out from the crowd is the personal interest she takes in your business well-being. I run a small consulting firm and when it came to bookkeeping I was pretty much clueless. I came to TAF after trying to do it myself and getting in a mess. I quickly realised that I should have invested in their services much earlier. She has help me set-up my business on Xero and provided Zoom coaching sessions to get me familiar with the package. In addition to providing monthly bookkeeping services, Kym has also provided coaching on the Business Activity Statement and Payroll processing. Kym also deals with the accountant to ensure a smooth transition from bookkeeping to tax return processing. I always feel she has my back. In addition to ensuring my business books adhere to Australian ATO guidelines she has gone the extra mile on multiple occasions by ensuring I am aware of the latest ATO legislation and rulings that would apply to my business circumstances. This was particularly invaluable during Covid to make me aware of grants and the process of applying for Job Keeper, etc. I get busy and her reminders each month have been a god send. Over the period she has gotten to know my business and how best to provide support. I have been working with Kym at TAF for 18 months, TAF is my sole bookkeeping service and I could not speak more highly of Kym and her business. I run a SME in Sydney and Kym is all over my bookkeeping. I have full trust in her work and I know she has my - and my businesss best intentions at heart.
