Total disaster. The rooms are thin walled and I was kept awake all night by people who walking up and down the corridor and slamming doors. No one on site to attend to issues so you have you WhatsApp the owner / manager who is unresponsive out of office hours. I was forced to abandon the hotel at 1am and walk in the rain to the Novotel about 1km away. Booked for four days which was AUD800 and received zero back from them. They offered to change the room in the middle of the following day after I had left. Ive travelled a lot and this place is bottom of the pile for product and customer service. Im so incensed Im having to push through a complaints process via the council. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid!
