Stuart Blinds

I'm conflicted - I want to rate higher, but also lower. I had nine sets of blinds installed in my apartment about five years ago. (five roman, four venetian). The quality of blinds is second to none, they're very well made and look amazing. I got a measure/quote for another blind about twelve months ago and there was no quote. I followed up and got no reply. The person who did the measure and quote was also very dismissive when I mentioned I needed my blinds taken down for remediation work to be done on the building. Told me to do it myself with a screwdriver - I did, but it was awkward and I was worried about damaging the blinds. Following the remediation works I followed up to get the blinds reinstalled. It took two e-mails and follow up phone calls to even get a response which was hurried and not made clear to me what was going to happen. It took three seperate visits (admittedly, some were taken away to be cleaned, so the second visit was expected) to get them installed properly again. Sadly, not only did they not have the correct cleats to anchor the blinds to, they've been installed in completely different locations to the original blinds. The person doing the work was obviously a very friendly and professional worker, but they did seem to be under the pump and rushed - I can only assume by head office. I'm sad to say that if I need more blinds installed in the future I'll research competitiors. The service has definately gone downhill in recent years which is upsetting for what was such a high quality brand.

Stuart Blinds took my 14 year old roller blinds for their first professional clean. The stitching in several blinds had started to fail and needed repairing. These blinds really needed attention. Taken on Tuesday, returned following Monday. Thrilled at how clean they were returned. Pricing was reasonable ... I think I will get another 14 years out of them!

They did an amazing job cleaning my blinds. They actually look brand new. The guy who came out was 10/10 super friendly & professional. 5 stars all day. Thanks guys.

Great serviceBought Varishades in 2020 for $1,800 which I love and have always had great service from Stuart Blinds.. now had them cleaned 2 years later at a cost of $1,100 wow shock to the system Jack who came to re-hang was fantastic great service but cannot justify the cost to clean so will replace next

I used Stuart blinds to supply and install blinds in my unit. The man they sent to install them turned up late and was swearing and cursing. He also took the lazy way out by installing them into my window frames instead of the cement above. This meant that the window couldn't be closed and locked creating a draft in my bedrooms and kitchen, also causing a security issue. I called them and the lady made an excuse for the guy and I'm still waiting months later for them to come and fix.
