I have really long real nails that I was kinda proud of since Ive been growing them out for two months, so I got a little sad when one of them broke this afternoon, so I went to 4evernails and hoped they could fix it - maybe put some powder on it or something. They said they could, so I decided to get all my nails done. Im a little worried cause the nail lady finds the electric-nail-file, and no one has ever used those on my nails before. But I just think that the people who work here knows what they are doing. But since Im a little scared I repeated that my nail was broken. And the lady said yes yes and took the electricfile on my nail (the broken one) and it just snaps and there is blood everywhere and it hurts so bad. She made a hole in the middle of my nail and it just kept bleeding. And I was in shock. I didnt really understand what had just happened and that the lady really could do something like that. The worst part was that the lady right after said its just color, dont u worry when i started crying. What did she mean by that?! Yes my nailpolish was red, but it sure isnt what flows. How rude are you when you dare trying to talk it away?! So now i have a finger with a nail thats beginning to totally fall of, it has lost all its color and constantly hurting Im never ever letting these people touch my nails again
