If you want a bank where when you walk in the door & the team greet you by name, the service they offer is next level & no job (such as coin counting) is beneath them...then BOQ Manly is the Bank for you! I have had my business & personal accounts with them for some time & after many, many disappointments with the big banks - I couldn't be happier.

I have never strayed from my usual bank (one of the big four), but after looking around at various home loan rates I found that BoQ was extremely competitive. I also liked very much that the managers actually owned their branch so the service was incredible - both extremely personable and very professional. To be able to combine great service while saving tonnes of money on your bank loan is a no brainer really...! Definitely recommending Jody, Drew and the staff at Bank of Queensland Manly branch every opportunity I can. Best bank my husband and I have ever dealt with! Thanks guys!!

As a local solicitor it really helps us when we find a bank that is easy to deal with. Jodie and the team at BOQ Manly were great to deal with, and this allowed a great result for our mutual client. I would highly recommend them

Although I didn't get the bank loan ,that i was after. A friendly and down to earth team. Great people skills and genuine personalities. Genuine concern for the customer and the final outcome Something the big banks seen to lack, if the big banks care at all. I would recommend this bank.
