Most happy with M+M. Not only did they manage to get our DA for a first floor addition approved (previously dismissed as impossible) but the design exceeded our expectations.

David helped my wife and I assessing potential residential purchases and providing feedback on possible renovations / new builds. David is a pleasure to deal with, very warm and professional, great knowledge local of building codes / constraints as well as being a very experienced and accomplished architect. David made the process straight forward and easy, joining inspections and giving advice straight away (in a way that I could understand and appreciate not having much renovation / build experience). A real asset if you are looking to buy but not sure what future renovations could look like and you need an expert helping hand.

David McCrae of MM+J Architects starting working with us in 2014 to re-create my former childhood home. When we briefed him on what we wanted in our new home - the elements we wanted to retain, those we wanted to add, and those we wanted to lose, he came back with a fantastic design that was beyond our expectations. We have now been living in our new home for over a year and we LOVE IT. Every detail has been considered to create a beautiful, unique, character filled and comfortable space that reflects the way that we live. We are now working on the final stage which is additional accommodation in a granny flat in the backyard and we are excited to see David's next design taking shape. We can absolutely recommend David - every aspect of the service he has given us has been outstanding. Ours has been a dream build.
