Ali Skiba - Sound Healing & Breathwork

Ali is a compassionate, gentle, and intuitive guide and sound practitioner. When a friend recommended Ali's work, I was somewhat skeptical of breathwork and sound healing and a total rookie at both. But, in a time of intense personal crisis, I am so thankful I tried Ali's healing sessions, and will go back for more. My two experiences were both soothing and insightful that left me with an embodied feeling of clarity and hope.

Ali is a sweet heart and very good at what she does, I had only one session with her and feel it has helped. As she said its a work in progress, I look forward to seeing her again in one of her workshops.

I had my first session with Ali this week, as soon as I walked in and got welcomed with the beautiful tea I immediately felt relaxed. It was my first experience doing sound healing as well. I cant wait to go back and go further into relaxation. I felt free and light weighted when I left. Would highly recommend if you need to come back down to earth!

Ali's sound healing and breathwork is like a journey to another dimension - it is a truly magical experience. She creates a beautiful space that feels safe and inviting and once you delve into the breathwork you are rewarded with the most exquisite sounds from her vocals with an array of musical instruments, looped into a unique soundtrack. I have been taken up to the stars and beyond, and the beauty and peace experienced lasts for days afterwards. Everyone should experience this!
