Dr Quin is a fantastic specialist. He is friendly, genuinely compassionate, excellent at his job and always has time to talk to you about your issue at length. He has on occasion even waived scan and consultation fees for me for no apparent reason other than altruism. Clinic staff are professional, organised and there is never a wait for scans and pre-consultation examinations. I wish all specialist clinics were this great. Thanks Dr Quin and team!

We booked and confirmed appointment on Thursday for Next week Monday. My son had virul infection over a weekend and was on antibiotics. On top, we had to go for covid test. A lot happened over the weekend and my wife skipped the appointment with all valid reasons(again it was a missed appt from her part). The reception called in the morning and hammered my wife, would not listen to us. Kept going Ra Ra Ra(had to start early andll nonsense, is she not getting paid?). Listening is an important skills and being doctor, it's important to show empathy to patients than being rude. My wife was kept under verbal diherea by female staff. Not happy at all.

Very professional and modern facility. Dr Amy Pai was friendly and knowledgeable for my eye consultation. Would recommend.

Thank you so much to the lovely receptionist Natalie, who helped with my urgent consult. Prof Stuart Graham who diagnosed my eye problem quickly, thoroughly explained to me the problem and the management plan. I whole heartedly thank the team who made my day better.
