Honey Birdette - Macquarie Shopping Centre

I just had the most amazing customer service. The 2 girls that served me were extremely helpful and made me feel super comfortable. They went above and beyond to help source my sizing and gave me great recommendations. Would highly suggest coming here

I had a great time in the Honey Birdette store today! Lauren made us feel so comfortable and like we were very special! The only thing I would say is that their needs to be more size diversity. Thank you for the great experience Lauren!

I love shopping at Honey Birdette, the ladies are super friendly and always make me feel like a million bucks. This morning, unfortunately, I dropped past the Macquarie store where the girl was anything but. She impatiently tapped her long red nails against the counter while I was trying to explain the style of bra I was looking for to match an existing pair of bottoms and was overall very rude and basically had an air of Couldn't GAF, though I was the only customer in store. She didn't even say bye as I left or look up or ANYTHING. Very unlike the usual 5 star HB service and definitely not what you want when shopping luxury lingerie. Very disappointed.

I never have been a die hard HB fan if im being honest. Always thought the store was a bit over the top and the staff were unfriendly. Alex changed my mind about that when I visited her store at Mac Centre. Not only is she friendly, kind and perfessional but is also genuine. I would give you more stars if I could just because of her.
