Lovisa in Macquarie Centre offers a wide variety of affordable and trendy jewelry, hair accessories, and sunglasses. The store is well-organized and the staff is friendly and helpful. The range of styles and colors make it easy to find something to match any outfit. Overall, a great shopping experience.

Absolutely awful piercing experience at Lovisa Macquarie. My sister got her first lobe piercing done and it immediately started hurting. She got a bacterial infection soon after and even after a course of antibiotics it still kept hurting. After that the actual stud went inside her ear causing bleeding. We called the store and they said they can't do anything and can't even provide a refund. We had to go to the doctor to remove the earrings as it had become so badly infected. In total we have spent almost $200 on this piercing including the doctor visits, antibiotics and earrings itself and she had to remove the earrings anyway. Such a waste of time and money at Lovisa, stay away from their cheap earrings and bad customer service - spend your money elsewhere and get your piercings done at a reputable location. See photo for earrings -on the right is the original blue earring. On the left is the earring which went inside her lobe and the colour changed completely from the blood.
