Very rude customer service worker I've talked too. As a health worker we see new stuff everyday. And the reason I called is to confirm that a patient doesn't need to pay at all or what, as I've never seen the form before. And I'm doing it for the patient sake. If you cannot be polite on your job. Find a different profession lady.

"I had an absolutely terrible experience with this DNA lab. It was hands down the worst and most expensive service I've ever received, and the lack of professionalism was appalling. They completely mangled up my DNA kit, sending it to the wrong party and compromising my privacy in the process. When I tried to escalate the matter, it went nowhere, and I was left waiting for a call back for over five days. Even when they finally did get in touch, they gave me a pathetic excuse for an apology and promised to make good on their mistakes, but it was all talk. They lied about resending the kits and seemed to have no regard for the importance of accuracy and privacy. On top of all this, their customer service was incredibly rude and unresponsive, making the whole experience even more frustrating. Overall, I would strongly advise against using this DNA lab for any of your testing needs. They are careless, unprofessional, and unresponsive, and it's not worth the risk to your privacy and your DNA data."
