I placed an order in early feb for respiratory mask and was told it will be delivered in may. I just received an email telling me that my order has been re prioritized for the contracted customers and emergency service and it will be further delayed. I called the general line the Indian guy over the phone had no ideal where my order is even though I gave him my order number , po number , order reference number. This company is not trustworthy and does not know what is customer service about. I have been really sick and is waiting for my test result. Please do not order from this company
