    This company is a disaster. Applied for a job gave an inteview did an induction for 3 hours but never got a call back for the work They didnt even pay for an indcution and when i mailed them they just ignore it or what but no replies at all.i cant even rate 0 stars..

    I worked for ISS Facility Services as a school cleaner, at Sydney girls high school and Sydney boys high school, I experienced jealousy and bullying by the recently retired supervisor Mileva Ciric ( Mila) and her pet Manika Ghimire ( Bima) and Peralan Kumarasamy ( kumar) after I had been promoted to supervisor within a year. Mileva Ciric (Mila ) was heavily biased to bima playing favourites, and she lacked professionalism and leadership along with the other managers Utheyan and Janice (Lena Wei)..Very poor leadership.. HR also sweep the issues under the carpet, looking out for the interests of the company. Highly toxic people and environment. I worked very hard, never taking days off, and always did my absolute best. There is a real lack of integrity by management and ISS, not standing behind your code of conduct and policies which are clearly being broken.

    02/03/2023 : I had a horrible experience at Emerald Airport. I have composite shoes and sections at my ankles showed up on the screen and I said, it is my reflectors on the pants. This was strongly dismissed by security staff ISS and lady checking me. I have been wearing these shows for a year now and had not been asked to take them off before on any other occasion at Emerald nor on any other national Airport. I took them off and went through again and the same sections on the screen came on (at my ankles) due to the reflectors. I pointed this out to security staff and they came up with all sorts of excuses and insisted it was still my shoes (which does not make sense). And another gentlemen behind me got through the screens with his composite shoes on and he did not raise the alarm as he had no reflectors on his jeans. I asked for the security lady's name and she wouldn't give it to me and directed me to her supervisor. The supervisor started "You have been rude to my staff" and I said calmly, no I have only asked for her name. "Why do you need her name" and I said" you know exactly why". She then threatened me and says, "Another word and you are not flying" followed by "Don't you dare" several times. I have explained everything to the Airport Manager Solomon, who half hearted gave me an apology for this bullying behaviour, but insisted, that I still have to take my shoes off, even if the problem was with the reflectors, completely blaming the machine, rather than blaming appalling bullying human behaviour from ISS security staff. This is not acceptable. Staff's name was Brittany and Tony (supervisor).

    this companies key values are: 1. screw over the cleaners (not paid correctly : no PM shift allowance, cutting cleaning time). force cleaners to chase up pay . made a mistake on kronos ? too bad... cleaner loses pay. 2. screw over the schools ( no cleaners for weeks, no covid cleaners for some schools ) School prinicpals need to do a mass complaint via webClean. Menzies the previous contractor was bad but ISS makes them look professional. its quite obvious the 1 star reviews are genuine and the 5 star reviews are fake. Now that the nepalese have had enough with ISS and moved on to other industries, ISS are struggling to find cleaners to work for $22/hour. only local ppl close to retirement are willing to work but are old and slow.
