        Went into R.M Williams under the recommendation from another store and couldn't be happier. I was advised to speak with Nigel for advice on what type of footwear I should be using and it is clear. Nigel loves his shoes! Nigel took the time to explain to me all the differences in colour or soles or types of shoes on offer as well as explaining how they can be used general pros and cons except he talked about it with such passion that it was clear he loved his job. It was fantastic service and it was a joy to be served by him. There was another attendant behind the counter who was also lovely. Made some jokes had a laugh and a overall good time. 10/10 would by some shoes here again
