The membrane on our rooftop decking had failed in a few places and so we were looking for someone to replace the entire membrane. Jake was highly responsive when quoting the job and was able to provide valuable advice. We ended up installing a torch-on solution. Jake and his team (Adam, Wil and co) were highly professional, friendly, installed the membrane over a weekend and attended a follow-up visit the following week to provide further advice around next steps (including tiling considerations etc). I've had a number of tradesmen since attend the rooftop following the installation of the membrane (including tilers and carpenters) and all have commented on the professionalism of the work. Jake demonstrated integrity and professionalism during this time and I would absolutely recommend Stormforce to anyone considering using their services.

We got Stormforce Solutions to install a new roof membrane on top of our 9 storey apartment building. They were the best quote, and they demonstrated excellent technical knowledge about the job, and guided us through the options. We settled on a 2 layer torch-on bitumen option, over the single-layer polymeric sheet (having also consulted an expert about this). The actual job was well managed, despite Sydney's awful weather at the time. The workers were professional and created the minimum disruption. Wish I could post a positive review, but sadly that isn't the case. Stormforce Solutions came highly recommended, however the level of service received was far from it. Other than the questionable quality in which my roof was repaired, the customer service was tragic. Threatening to chase me with a debt collector when I had promised to pay after clarification of the invoice and services was unprofessional. NOTE: Always happy to pay, but at least clarify what services were completed, especially when half of what was quoted didn't appear to be actioned. Service: Roof repair

After multiple unsuccessful attempts at fixing a leaky roof over the last 2 years, a good friend recommended Jake. The team was extremely responsive and were on site within days to conduct repair and coating. We're very happy with the outcome, especially given the recent weather.
