Absolutely disappointing and extremely rude my mother had an appointment at 4 we noticed there was several people all with a 4 o clock appointment my mother waited hours to see him and its not cheep my mother has rumatoid and osteo arthritis and several broken bones down her spine haven to wait more than 3 hours for a specialist that is expensive is not on its looks like here they care for the money and not the well being of the patient it need to be appointments and on time clearly my mother was the worst for pain there everyone was talking laughing wile my mother was crying

Receptionist are super rude,, no attitude, no respect for any age though. I went into the clinic with my dad who is 81 years old who has difficulty in walking to pick up his bone test result, cause I called them and asked for it, but they refused to hand it in as he had a specialist appt 2 days later and they still refusing. Iam a dental nurse and we refer patients for a bone test as well and all patients cone back with their x-rays and report handed in to them. It's patients rights to have their result handed it to them. Very rude, poor quality, no respect, no manners.

The best... Years on from the issue I had and feeling better in my daily life. I refer him to anyone that has bone issues, etc. A gentleman and knows what he's doing.
