Monica as worked with me in meditation and reflexology and I can honestly say (despite initially being a skeptic of both mediums), it has changed my life. Monica has an in-depth knowledge of her craft, and her passion to help me overcome my perceived limitations is clear to see. Phoenix Healing Touch is fully invested in my wellbeing, and go out of their way to provide a professional, healing atmosphere. The meditation has changed my life - I have been through a lot in my life, and continue to fall prey to the stresses of every day life. Two years ago suffered extreme anxiety and stress and my diabetes out of control that my body was shutting down. With her different methods through natural solutions, essential oils, Aromatouch therapy,meditation. She personalised a program that Went through different stages to begin recovery that now im fitter than ever and able to care for my family. Would highly recommend her, she looks beyond the symptoms.
