Have had bad experiences with Branis on numerous occasions. She's good when signing up your management and then never actually manages it. Cleaners get paid for nothing, there's no supervision on nor inspections involved. Just take money and wave from a distance. Gonna sell so I can get away from horrible strata management, who knows where our money goes. .l.

Rebecca (strata manager) helped us fix hot water and pressure issue in one bathroom in my apartment .She acted like a true professional to manage it on priority.Thanks for all the help

Would not recommend this company for anyone at all. Would give it a zero star if I could as they took over 6 month to solve a simple issue with numerous delays

Rang 5 times throughout the day with no answer. Finally got through in the afternoon on my sixth try. Asked to speak to a Strata Manager about a billing matter. Was told he's busy and that he will call back. Receptionist asked for contact details which were given. I never received that call back. In summary, almost impossible to get through, and they don't call back. Absolutely pathetic company. If you own property and need it managed, please look elsewhere.
