Liverpool Paediatric Care

We were very HAPPY with our experience seeing Dr Blecher for our nephew who snores like a trooper and who may have possible sleep apnoea. What a lovely doctor. He listened, explained things well and had a sense of humour! Would like to also commend his great reception staff too, those two ladies are very busy and had to deal with some difficult patients and calls. In the short time we waited, I felt exhausted watching them! The only reason I did not give 5 Stars is due to the loud acoustics in their practice. It made for difficult hearing when it came time to finalise things at reception. Otherwise , very smooth experience as everything was clearly explained prior to coming like the importance of having a Referral, the cost of the consultation, Medicare rebate and details and cost of hiring their overnight sats monitoring machine. Thank you for your great effort everyone!

Worst clinic ever. Staffs Linda and Simone were so rude over the phone when I tried to book an appointment for my son and Linda banged the phone on me and gave incorrect information just cause they did not know what to say. They do not have a proper process of what they need in order to book an appointment. Just a few days ago, I was able to book an appointment for my daughter without being asked for a referral prior. When I tried to book today for my son I was told by Linda they just changed the rule today. And just a few minutes before that, I was told by Simone they changed the rule a month ago. They are the most rude customer service people Ive every talked to.

After researching Dr Soe and reading she specialises in behaviours I took my son to see her I thought she could help with ASD/ADHD I was hopeful turns out she couldn't help and that came from her mouth I was really disappointed and I think the information about that paediatrician needs to be updated!

Amazing practice, from the receptionist to the drs. Both my children have been seen by Dr Heitner, for each of them he has gone above and beyond. He is accessible and very responsive. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Never have I experienced a Dr like this. He is a caring, patient and positive Dr, just want you would hope from someone looking after your child. He is thorough and thought out, explaining and taking the time to ensure you understand and are comfortable, I cannot thank him enough for his help recently. Dr Blecher is equally as amazing, his management for my son has seen significant positive changes for us. I'm so grateful to have my children in their care, they are both absolute gentlemen. Thank you very much and God bless you both.
